SOURCE

Retired military personnel aged 35–45, recruited from fighting arms — smart, alert, and proficient in weapons. Civilian guards aged 22–35 deployed on request. Own training systems for all personnel.

SCREENING

Vigorous screening via clearance from Police, Army Record Office, NADRA, and previous employers. Only verified, trustworthy individuals join our ranks.

BENEFITS

Boarding and lodging where required, military hospital access for ex-service personnel, disability benefits, and military pension entitlements fully maintained.

CULTURE

Integrity-first culture. Maximum 12-hour shifts. Fair and realistic wages. No overstretching of resources. All staff are cooperative, disciplined, and fully trained.
